• 測驗時間約 10 分鐘，包含 120 題簡答題或是非題。
• 可分析 12 項職場性格特質（如行動性、持續性、指導性、革新性等）。
• 結果涵蓋 5 大類適性工作型態、6 大核心職能與領導潛能指標。
• 測驗信度約 0.92、效度約 0.87，具高度穩定性與準確度。

申請流程：

• 施測連結與密碼將寄送至您填寫的 E-mail 信箱。
• 施測連結有效期為 3 天，請務必於收到通知後 3 天內完成測驗。

測驗後服務 Post-Test Consultation

完成測驗後，學生可預約職涯導師進行一對一諮詢， 由導師協助解讀測驗報告內容，提供個人化的職涯建議，幫助你更清楚了解自己的發展方向。

After completing the assessment, students can book a one-on-one consultation with a career mentor. The mentor will explain the test results, provide professional insights, and help you develop a clearer vision for your future career path.
