Mental Health Promotion Program for Foreign Workers

為關懷外國朋友在台生活與工作的心理健康，高雄市政府勞工局 特別舉辦「外國人心理健康促進講座」，邀請專業講師分享心理健康知識與壓力調適技巧。
講座包含兩大主題，幫助您在生活與職場中都能擁有更幸福的心靈。

To support the mental well-being of foreign friends living and working in Taiwan, the Labor Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government is hosting a Mental Health Promotion Workshop.
Professional speakers will share valuable insights on mental health and stress management, helping participants maintain happiness and balance in both life and work.
